Welcome new Staff of Crescent Hill University,
This is the Head of Staff, Holly Vanderbilt, speaking. I hope you all had a memorable break as we prepare the enter the new term. Term One will officially begin on Wednesday, December 5th and end on Wednesday, March 6th. As you enter Crescent Hill University, there are a few things you should know:
x When posting your application, take note that the "code" for the application is embedded in the post. Simply clicking "new post" will take you to the application template.
x Make sure to make your applications are lengthy and full of detail. Make sure they have as few spelling and grammatical mistakes as possible. We will not accept anything less. [[Please do not simply post a picture of a celebrity for your appearance. That will not be accepted.]]
x Take note that as soon as you are registered in the college registra, you should post in the Celebrity Claim Thread (if you have chosen to use a celebrity - you must use a picture of a real person. If that person is not you, their name must go in the Claim Thread). Not following through with this could result in many PMs from the Head of Staff or another member taking your unclaimed celebrity. Neither of which you want.
x After posting your celebrity, you should apply for a dorm. If you do not wish to live on campus, you may apply for a residence. You must choose one or the other. Staff unwilling to comply with these rules will receive numerous PMs from the Head of Staff and possibly face suspension from the University. Staff may visit other Staff in their rooms at any given time.
x Each Professor has their own lesson plan. It is completely up to you how you will teach your class.
x Along with being the Staff of the school, you are also the Mods of the board. When I am not here to approve applications, edit boards or go through with suggestions, it is your job as staff to take up my job. However, if I deem your decisions unfit for the board, at any given time, I may delete whatever modifications you have made to board. If you are unsure about the specifications of your job, please PM me before going through with anything.
x Watch your spelling and grammar. As the Staff, we are setting an example for the students. Please set a good one.
